About Donna- the owner
Having spent almost 30 years in the spa industry, working in UK spas and at sea, I eventually found myself enrolled at Lincoln University doing a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I am now an experienced and licensed acupuncturist, specialising in mainly fertility and musculoskeletal conditions.
Infertility has always been an area of particular interest to me, through my own experience of having Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Endometriosis and having the worries of infertility over me for many years. I decided to learn acupuncture for this reason, to gain as much insight and knowledge in the area as I possibly could, to be able to help myself and others in a similar position. I also wrote my dissertation on this subject to give me the opportunity to research the area of PCOS and infertility in detail.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) where my Qualification is one of the few accredited by the Board of the British Acupuncture Council. The BAcC maintains high standards of education, ethics, discipline and practice to ensure the health and safety of the public at all times.
